Ten-year-old Little Witch just wants to make friends and have a regular life, but her mother and aunts don't see things the same way in this animated tale based on the books by Deborah Hautzig. When the family moves to a new neighborhood, the other kids are a bit scared of Little Witch -- until Halloween night, that is, when she finds a way to teach the neighborhood that not all witches are mean.
