Based on the hit manga, this 1970s television series chronicles the life of disgraced samurai executioner Ittô Ogami (Kinnosuke Nakamura). Traveling the countryside with his 3-year-old son, Daigorô, in tow, Ittô works as a hit man for hire. All the while, he dreams of the day he will avenge the death of his wife and reclaim his good name. This compilation features episodes 14-18.
