Featuring a number of classical Indian dances, this program focuses on Bharatanatyam, a 2,000-year-old form of movement that originated in the state of Tamil Nadu. Directed by professor Sudharani Raghupathy, this performance showcases talented artists who bring the ancient rituals to contemporary audiences. Dancers include T.M. Sridevi, Padma S. Raghavan, Shylaja Ramji, Aruna Subbiah, Priya Murle and Priya Dixit.
