Child crooner Bobby Breen, famed for his spot on Eddie Cantor's radio show, plays a youth who sings like a canary and has a positive effect on the adults in his orbit in this twin bill of uplifting films. In Make a Wish, Breen befriends a struggling composer (Basil Rathbone) who finds inspiration in the gifted boy and his widowed mom. In Let's Sing Again, Breen flees an orphanage to join the circus and later crosses paths with a renowned singer.
