In the heart of Madrid, Ana (Nathalie Poza), Mikel (Javier Cámara) and Carlos (Eman Xor Oña) lead lives of quiet desperation that hardly resemble the dreams they once had for themselves. Meanwhile, Ana's teenage son, Gonzalo (Gonzalo Pedrosa), has decided that he's so fed up with the world around him that he'd prefer to simply not be in it.
