Two scientists are vying for control of the Mandroid, an android directed by the human mind that's also packed with a new compound called Super-Con, the most powerful substance on Earth. If Dr. Karl Zimmer (Robert Symonds) can retain control of the Mandroid, the future of the world is somewhat secure. But if his evil partner, Dr. Drago (Curt Lowens), gets a hold of it, anything could happen.
