Kickboxing champion-turned-sports photographer Max Havoc (Micky Hardt) is visiting Guam on a photo shoot. Also vacationing on the island are sisters Jane and Christy Goody, who have a rare jade dragon in tow. Trouble is, the dragon belongs to the Japanese Yakuza, who &NFi;really&NFi_;want it back.
