The Plaza Hotel's most whimsical resident is planning the best birthday party ever, and young viewers are invited to the bash in this animated feature. Just as the festivities get going, the spirited Eloise meets Yuko, a Japanese violin prodigy, and decides to show her new friend all the fun ways to create mischief in a fancy hotel. The voice talent includes Lynn Redgrave as Nanny and Tim Curry as Mr. Salamone, the hotel manager.
