This anime feature follows an everyday guy as he comes across a state-of-the-art battle vehicle and decides to jump in and take a cruise around the city of Tokyo. His joyride doesn't last long, though -- he soon has both the army and his girlfriend trailing him, as he takes them all on a wild goose chase through town. From the creators of "Bubblegum Crisis."
