A supernatural killer puts the bite (literally) on beautiful women on the streets of Los Angeles, and it's up to detective Carrie Blass (Michelle Owens) to use herself as bait to catch the bloodsucker. (Where's Buffy Summers when you really need her?) Although Carrie tries to marshal the support of her cohorts, her pleas fall on deaf ears, and it's up to her to take the fight to -- and out of -- the enemy.
