The football team at Harold B. Smedley school is on a losing streak -- until the strange Viola Swamp steps in to lead them, and the town, to victory. Also included is "Miss Nelson Is Back," where we follow Miss Nelson's students as they repeatedly misbehave during her absence -- that is, until Viola Swamp stands in as their teacher and sets them straight.
