Tired of his surly wife, his children, his mother and his factory job, middle-aged Frenchman Vincent (Jacques Bidou) chucks it all and heads to Venice, Italy, in search of adventure and enlightenment. In the process, he experiences a series of surreal encounters with -- among others -- a fallen nobleman harboring delusions of grandeur. Anne Kravz-Tarnavsky and Narda Blanchet also star in this droll observational farce helmed by Otar Iosseliani.
