Bush pilots Jean Dupre (Nick Mancuso) and George Patterson (Ricky Zantolas) crash in remote Canadian territory and wind up confronting deranged prospector Silas McGee (Charlton Heston), who, with his peculiar twin, Ian, is desperate to protect a hidden treasure in gold. Once they begin to suspect that Silas may indeed be sitting on a fortune, the pilots find themselves in even greater jeopardy in this wilderness thriller featuring Kim Basinger.
