It's George Bernard Shaw's "Pygmalion" Chinese style when Shanghai slum-dweller Cheung Ling (Vicki Zhao) suddenly lands smack-dab in the middle of high society when she reunites with her long-lost father. Her abashed dad hires Joe Lam (Ekin Cheng) to make over his daughter for a seamless transition to her new status in society.
