After the maid (Upasana Singh) amazes lonely 8-year-old Ashu (Ahsaas Channa) with the story of Lord Ganesha and his pet rat, the boy begs his parents to bring home the idol of Ganesha. When his wish is granted, the boy and the god team up to heal the wounds in Ashu's family. This fun mix of live action and animation also stars Kiran Janjani and Sheetal Shah as Ashu's busy parents and features the catchy tune "O My Friend Ganesha."
