After his brother vanishes, Pelle (Sean Cain) gets a strange call urging him to watch "Public Enemy," a reality show where contestants compete to be top killer. The terror hits home when Pelle realizes the latest episode was shot in his brother's apartment. Before long, Pelle is caught in the middle of the contest and must fight for his life in this gory bloodbath from writer-director Cain, who laces the mayhem with humor and social commentary.
