Clark Griswold's rude, rube Cousin Eddie (Randy Quaid) returns for another outrageous Christmas vacation. When Eddie loses his job and his boss fears he'll sue the company, Eddie's brood receives an all-expenses-paid holiday tour of the South Pacific.
