No one believes Billy Colton (Derek Rydall) when he says his new neighbor (Shannon Tweed) is a hooker. Determined to prove he's not lying, Billy sets out to photograph his neighbor at work. But dark activities are going on next door, and Billy witnesses a shocking murder.
