No Man Is an Island
Based on a true story, this World War II drama stars Jeffrey Hunter as American sailor George R. Tweed, who ends up stranded on the island of Guam when the Japanese launch their attack on Pearl Harbor and start their campaign in the Pacific. Eluding enemy forces for more than two years, Tweed then plays an indispensable role in the Allied invasion of the island by transmitting signals from a hidden outpost on a hill.
