After being stranded in New York during Hurricane Katrina, Jac Currie journeys back to his ravaged hometown and transforms nonprofit organization Defend New Orleans into a thriving charity that assists victims of the storm. Courtney Fathom Sell's gritty, heartfelt documentary, which also features a moving soundtrack, was named an official selection at the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival in July 2007.
