Alice (Stephanie Colet) is still mourning the death of her husband, Michael (Wendell Willat), and can't quite forget his last words: "I'll come back." His deathbed missive proves true when Alice finally opens herself up to another man and, consequently, contemplates starting a new life. Apparently, Michael was telling the truth wholeheartedly and soon lets Alice know he's back to ensure she's wedded to him, body and soul, forever.
