Shadowy assassin Noe (Costas Mandylor), wearing black clothes and black face, travels the streets of the city at night in this surreal thriller, finding himself tracked by the man he killed earlier in the evening for organized crime boss Rolo Toles (Ed O'Ross). As Noe flees with a mysterious package, the hit man tries to make sense of a series of unexplainable events, including the disappearance of wounds he just received.
