To raise cash and fulfill their long-held dream of immigrating illegally to Chicago, used car parts dealer Jaime (Carlos Ceja) teaches his 14-year-old nephew Ivan (Emery Eduardo Granados) to steal hubcaps and fenders. A quick study, Ivan soon brings his buddy Efrain (Alan Chávez) into the scheme. But as the money piles up, Ivan learns that Uncle Jaime has an unexpected agenda in this poignant Mexican drama.
