Argentinean screenwriter Alejandro Brugués makes his directorial debut with this drama centered on a pair of star-crossed lovers who long to be together but find themselves pulled apart by different dreams rooted in different countries. Ana (Heidi García) couldn't bear to leave Cuba when her own family sailed away on a raft, while Ernesto (Caleb Casas) has been dreaming of doing nothing but that for as long as he can remember.
