British Parliament member Henry Harding (Tom Bell) enlists virginal young computer whiz Peter (Christien Anholt) to help him shut down a new S&M club, confident that Peter's secret surveillance evidence of the club's happenings will do the trick. What Harding didn't bet on was that Peter would take a liking to what the club had to offer -- and to its owner, dominatrix Tanya Cheex (Guinevere Turner).
