In writer-director Chris Fisher's unsettling thriller based on true events, tenacious psychiatrist Samantha Stone (Brittany Daniel) faces the intimidating task of interviewing prisoner Kenneth Bianchi (Clifton Collins Jr.), better known as the Hillside Strangler.
