When Dymo (Damian Bradford) and his gang of lawless street racers learn that a 2-liter, all-wheel drive virtual rocket has just arrived stateside from Japan, they know if they don't get their hands on it, it's only a matter of time before Jack Hand (Terry Serio) and his crew do. With the cops hot on their heels, Dymo and his team race against the clock to find the new "super car" and claim control of the streets once and for all.
