Kazuo Hasegawa reprises his role as female impersonator Yukinojo Nakamura in this intriguing remake of the black-and-white Japanese classic Yukinojo Henge (1935), which owes its inspiration to a newspaper serial. While touring with a kabuki ensemble, Yukinojo spies the three men responsible for his parents' deaths and vows to even the score -- beginning by targeting one of their daughters (Ayako Wakao) for seduction.
