Something stinks in Frankfurt when trash collectors go on strike, creating the perfect environment for rats. Multiplying by the thousands, the animals prove deadly -- and frighteningly resistant to extermination. Things only get worse when authorities discover the rodents are carrying a deadly strain of a fatal virus and are spreading it all over the city. Clearly, there's no rat trap large enough for this pest problem of epic proportions.
