Based on true events, this is the final film in a Hong Kong action-thriller trilogy. Inspector Hung (Anthony Wong) is on assignment in China with his new partner, Wu Xing-Guo. Together, they must capture a criminal who's committed crimes in both countries. Differences between the two officers, however, disrupt the men's mission as political and personal tensions rise. Director Kirk Wong offers a violent, intelligent thriller that mixes comedy with combat.
