In this double feature of Johnny Mack Brown starrers, two lawmen put themselves on the line for justice. Rogue of the Range follows Dan Doran, a Fed who goes undercover as a prisoner, befriending the leader of a notorious gang of criminals in order to bust the syndicate. In Texas Kid, Nevada McKenzie is a marshal who enlists the help of a former criminal, the Texas Kid, in investigating a string of robberies connected to a land-grabbing scheme.
