William Woodman directs this faithful yet accessible production of Shakespeare's beloved tragedy, starring Alex Hyde-White and Blanche Baker as ill-fated teenage lovers trapped in the midst of a bitter family rivalry. With costumes and sets inspired by the original Globe Theatre production, producer Jack Nakano's adaptation also features fine performances from Esther Rolle, Dan Hamilton and Frederic Hehne.
