Biggie (Andy Lau) is a bodybuilder who has the ability to see what people were in their past lives -- a talent he uses to catch dangerous criminals being sought by his new friend Yee (Cecilia Cheung), a beautiful police inspector. Unfortunately, Biggie's next vision is of Yee's death, and he must decide whether it's worth tampering with the course of events to save his friend.
