Five years after the murder of a politician, the police try to track down uncooperative witnesses Yukihiko (Yujiro Ishihara) and Makoto (Akira Kobayashi). As they struggle to avoid the cops, these ex-hoodlums unintentionally slip back into lives of crime and encounter great danger.
