Budding journalist Kelly Cauldwell (Sheila Thiele) stumbles onto a much bigger story than she expected while she's working on an article about her father (Michael Ketcher), the town mayor. She discovers that a cult of Satanic cannibals operates in the labyrinth of tunnels beneath the city streets, killing innocent victims and devouring them. The bloody gore-fest co-stars Emily Haack, David Moore, Ashleigh Schremmer and Gus Stevenson.
