Inspired by the constellation Ursa Major -- more commonly known as the Big Dipper -- this installment of the Shaolin Kung Fu series introduces the Seven-Star Fist, a fighting style that unites human might with the wonder of the heavens. At times serene and almost dancelike, the unassuming Seven-Star Fist is characterized by crouching and dipping motions that are accented by purposeful punching, kicking and striking designed to take down any foe.
