With a global catastrophe looming, 18 people must decide which 10 will be allowed to stay in their town's only bomb shelter and who will be cast out to face certain death in director Chris Elston's tense indie drama. As the minutes tick down and tempers flare, the group realizes the survivors may need to rebuild civilization -- forcing a debate about the relative merits of wisdom, youth, knowledge, experience and the ability to reproduce.
