This double bill features one story inspired by true events. Robert S. Baker's crime thriller centers on a six-hour stand off between a Russian crime syndicate led by Peter "The Painter" Paitkow (Peter Wyngarde) and 200 London police officers. A jewelry fence (Charles Victor), who has risked his life to send his son to Oxford, sees all his efforts go down the drain when the boy returns home and falls in with a group of low-life thugs.
