A liquored-up cop (Anthony Biggs) who lost his way when his wife died proves he still has what it takes to do his job by taking on a dangerous case involving a pyromaniac who's hunting young women and setting them on fire in the fashionable London neighborhood of Soho Square. When the cop meets a woman (Lucy Davenport) who reminds him of his long-lost spouse, he grows further committed to finding the killer.
