Detectives Dave Starsky (Paul Michael Glaser) and Ken "Hutch" Hutchinson (David Soul) are more high-fashion and hip than plainclothes in this iconic and gritty 1970s cop show that finds the disparate pair overcoming their many differences to become a crime-fighting machine. Aided by colorful informant Huggy Bear (Antonio Fargas), Starsky and Hutch nab the criminals, though their often unorthodox methods irritate Capt. Dobey (Bernie Hamilton).
