Writer-director Felix Van Groeningen tells the story of Steve (Titus De Voogdt), a small-time crook who's recently been released from prison, and Sky (Delfine Bafort), a prostitute craving acceptance and affection. With questionable backgrounds, the struggling teens don't think they're good enough for anyone to love. But when a pimp named Jean-Claude (Johan Heldenbergh) introduces them, the misfits quickly form a bond that leads to romance.
