After surviving an auto accident that killed his wife and son, Daniel (Scott Cordes) resolves to restore his son's damaged video camera and soon makes the startling discovery that the camera has the ability to stop time at the touch of a button. At first, Daniel uses this remarkable newfound capability to try to help a woman who lost her husband in the very same accident -- but he quickly finds himself falling victim to his own unchecked power.
