When an entomologist (Michael Shanks) develops a genetically engineered pesticide that inadvertently spawns a swarm of killer wasps, it's up to passionate environmentalist Cristina Brown (Carol Alt) to show him the error of his ways. Working together, they use their knowledge about insects to eradicate the airborne threat and shield humanity from the swarm, subjecting the duo to a life-threatening ordeal in this made-for-cable creature feature.
