With assistance from a towering robot he created and named the Black Ox, a scheming cyberterrorist unleashes his fury on the city of Tokyo, prompting schoolboy Shotaro Kaneda (Shosuke Ikematsu) to track down a robotic rival. Now, with giant robot Tetsujin 28 at his side, Shotaro goes head to head with a man-made menace that's able to mow down the city's police force like toppling a string of dominoes.
