The Confessions of Robert Crumb

1987 Rated NR 1hr

Originally produced for BBC television, this provocative documentary probes the unconventional mind of renegade animator Robert Crumb using a script that was somewhat ironically penned by Crumb himself. Crumb famously worked with Harvey Pekar to craft the American Splendor comic books but is also well-known for creating anti-heroic characters of his own, such as Fritz the Cat, Devil Girl and Mr. Natural.
