A group of kids who live in The District, a poor Budapest ghetto, hatch a plot to get rich by traveling back to prehistoric times and creating an oil reserve in their neighborhood in this satirical and raunchy animated film from Hungary. But once their plan comes to fruition, the kids discover they have to deal with a host of prominent and difficult characters, including Tony Blair, Vladimir Putin and George W. Bush.
