Thanks to a loophole in "Da Rules," Norm the Genie can become a fairy godparent if he can trick one into resigning. But his evil plot to persuade gainfully employed fairies Cosmo and Wanda to quit leaves 10-year-old Timmy without his longtime guardians. Unfortunately, Timmy's noble plan to bring Cosmo and Wanda back is complicated by the fairy world's obsession with an "American Idol"-style talent search to replace them.
