Hired by a Central American government to quell rebel uprisings, special-forces jungle fighter Mark Hardin (Reb Brown) uncovers corruption and murders in his midst. Jailed and tortured for killing a high-ranking official, Hardin soon escapes and rescues Sandra, a beautiful American, from the government death squads. Seeking sanctuary with rebels, Hardin trains them in guerilla tactics, turning ragtag fighters into a lethal superforce.
