This intermediate to advanced step aerobic program provides a concise, rapid-paced workout that uses all three Firm Box patterns. Varied intervals and tempos put the body to the test for a complete overall exercise session. Included in the rotation are traditional step aerobics, leg presses and the use of an incline box, designed specifically to tone the lower body. Requires dumbbells of 5 pounds or less and an aerobic step.
