The Iranian Embassy Siege
On April 30, 1980, terrorists funded by Saddam Hussein who called themselves the Democratic Revolutionary Movement for the Liberation of Arabistan stormed the Iranian Embassy in London. Taking 26 hostages, the group hunkered down for six stormy days; during the negotiations, they released five but then killed two, which set into motion a courageous rescue mission conducted by England's Special Air Service and captured in this documentary.
